How nasty is this? Free 320 by Goldrush via Soundcloud. This is definitely one of my favorite producers of late. Heavy Hearted Bliss reminds me of the early morning on the playa.
The very fresh label Inductive hit hard with their very first release titled “Teleport” by Audace. This Japanese crew obviously knows what’s up in the glitch and bass scene. It’s pretty rare for me to suggest to an entire EP as worthwhile, but Teleport is straight up solid. You’ll find a nice balance between hard hitting bass, wonky samples, and XLII’s vocal flow.
The theme of the EP is a journey into the future of sound and lyrics thru space. Audace deliberately crafts each track as a progression in teleported space travel. He says ‘I want to take the listeners from ground zero and beam them out through the vastness of the intergalactic‘. He goes on to say ‘Each track is a phase of the journey which is represented by the title of the track. Each track was methodically planned and place to keep the listeners plugged into the theme and advancing into the depths of the unknown‘. From the intro the Teleport EP wires the listeners up for a break from the norm. Audace blends the the Teleport EP with edgy space sonic sounds accompanied by down tempo `orbital lounge` music.
You can find Teleport EP at most digital music retailers, including Bandcamp and Juno.

Since the release of Ben Sample’s chart toping “Snowstorm” album last year on Daly City Records, it was obvious that the bass grinding track “Drop Bombs” has become a staple in the glitch-hop and bass heavy communities. The natural response was that a remix album would soon follow. Re-imagined by Mochipet, Freddy Todd, Sovereign Sect, Stephan Jacobs, Psymbionic, Chris B, Sugarpill, Dan K, and Samples himself, there is a rework to fit any basshead’s taste! Ranging between 80-140 bpm, each mix contains ultra heavy bass lines and jaw dropping builds. We’ve got two free tracks for you to listen to as well as a promo-mix by Mochipet, so you can get a little taste of the full release.
This is a whopping 24 track LP with some of the most prominent producers of the current bass music scene. And it’s free. My favorites include +Verb, AudioBomb, Goldrush,Konekta, MiHKAL, Ruff Hauser, Samples, Stephan Jacobs, Sugarpill, ChrisB, and sAuce. Sugarpill and +Verb have been previously featured on the Glitch.CZ Podcast and I hope to add a few more to the list in the future.
I like the bold statement made by the title of the compilation. “We Are The Future” is no embellishment.
