GLITCH.CZ is very fortunate to have received a pre-release of Foolk’s latest EP titled Lush Hour. I’d like to share an exclusive track with you and it’s damn hard selecting just one. It would be a misfortune to label the entire EP as experimental hip hop, although it’s probably the most appropriate “box”. Just one track or one genre won’t capture the variety of this release. Lush Hour progresses naturally from IDM to hip hop; from harder breaks to pop; from bass to jazzy piano rolls.
Lush Hour will be officially released on the label 56STUFF on December 1st. Foolk is also offering a free download at foolk.net on the same day.

Ableton has officially set the release date of Max for Live for November 23rd. Head over to Cycling ’74 to download the free public beta. This may change the game a bit and will certainly enhance the recently released APC40 and Novation Launchpad. I’m eager to see all the wonderful patches users will come up with.
